Plain statements about who operates this site, how its content may be used, what the site collects, and what the lab's compliance language does and does not claim. If something here is not yet backed by a real statement, it is marked as such rather than asserted.

What this site collects

CSR-DATA-01 // SITE DATA POSTURE Static site · No tracking cookies

This is a static website. It does not require an account, does not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers, and does not set tracking cookies. Specifically:

  • The light or dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never leaves your device.
  • The homepage requests one same-origin file, /notes/feed.json, to render the recent-notes strip. No personal data is sent.
  • Web fonts load from Google Fonts and one animation library loads from the jsDelivr CDN. As with any externally hosted asset, those providers receive standard request metadata such as your IP address and user agent. Their handling is governed by their own policies.
  • The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server access logs for operation and security. These are ordinary infrastructure logs, not behavioral profiling.

If you email the lab, your message and address are used only to reply.

ATRIUM compliance posture

ATRIUM is described elsewhere on this site as a specialty-practice document instrument designed around healthcare privacy principles. To keep that language honest, here is the plain statement behind it:

ATRIUM is architected around the safeguards HIPAA expects of systems that touch protected health information: role-based access control, audit logging of access and actions, the minimum-necessary principle for data exposure, and a workflow that keeps a licensed physician in the review loop before any output is used. This describes a design posture. It is not a claim of formal HIPAA certification, a completed third-party audit, or a signed Business Associate Agreement, and none of those should be inferred from the word "architected." This public marketing site processes no protected health information of any kind. Any production deployment that would handle real patient data is handled under separate, direct agreement, not through this website.

Other compliance language

The lab does not currently make biometric-certification, security-certification, or regulatory-approval claims on this site. Where an instrument touches sensitive data domains, the language is meant to describe design intent and is backed by the posture stated above. If you find a claim on this site that reads as a certification we have not earned, email hello@celayasolutions.com and it will be corrected.
