Built on Solana. Layer 3 allows the protocol to inherit Solana's security and finality while implementing the Proof of Coherence consensus mechanism at the application layer.

The consensus mechanism is not Proof of Work or Proof of Stake. It is Proof of Coherence: validators demonstrate contextual consistency across domains, not computational expenditure.

Reputation System

Multi-dimensional reputation scoring: Skill, Accountability, Fidelity, Efficacy. SAFE scores are publicly verifiable and cannot be gamed by a single dimension.

The authority decay equation A(t) = C(t) × e⁻ᵃⁿ × e⁻ˡᵗ was not borrowed from academic literature. It was derived from Christopher's own values about how power should work. The math followed the conviction.
